Privacy Policy

DICESO is developed and published by Nopecube LLC. This policy explains the data the game uses, why it is used and the choices available to you.

Data stored on your device

Settings, progress, campaign stars, wallet, local match history, statistics and on-device notification history stay on your device. If you optionally link Apple or Google, eligible profile and progress backup data is processed in Firebase so it can be restored on another device. On-device notification history is not included in that backup and remains separate from the online social inbox. Party uses the online room records below. Local data is not used for advertising.

Data sent to game services

Firebase may process an anonymous account ID, your chosen username, gameplay, leaderboard and official Lucky results, privacy-minimized event name and timestamp, and security metadata such as app information and request IP. If notifications are enabled, Expo processes a push token. A protected delivery journal may hold account ID, a one-way token hash and bounded notification/routing fields for up to 48 hours. Disabling notifications queues token removal; account deletion removes it.

Private Party Rooms

Party is for 3–8 pre-invited mutual friends, each on their own phone. Records can include username/avatar, invitation and membership, pace and settings, consent state, fixed option IDs, scores and final result. Answers are sealed on the server until reveal; there is no free-form answer or chat. Codes, QR links and deep links do not bypass membership. Room records expire 30 days after the session. Reports keep a content fingerprint, reason, safety decision, mode labels and one-way reporter key — not the raw reporter ID — for up to 30 days.

Optional AI-personalized Party content

AI packs run only when every member separately confirms they are 18+ and opts in. OpenAI receives only selected language, group type, familiarity, energy, topics and technical safety fields — never names, usernames, IDs, email, answers, friend lists, age records, room history or free text. Requests use store:false. Abuse review data may retain generated content, safety result, fingerprint and request metadata for up to 30 days; a network fingerprint expires in 3 days. If AI is unavailable or consent is incomplete, the room receives a 10-round session selected from the localized 120-round editorial catalogue. Generated rounds and the editorial catalogue are protected by automated source, safety, schema, script and parity gates.

Service providers and sign-in

Google Firebase provides accounts and online play; Expo Push Service delivers optional notifications; OpenAI is used only for the optional adult Party feature. Apple or Google sign-in may optionally link an account. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

No ads or marketing tracking

DICESO does not sell personal data and has no third-party ads, marketing trackers, Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics. Its aggregate product counter receives only an event name and timestamp, without event parameters, username, email or user ID.

Retention and deletion

Community activity is retained for up to 90 days. Follow relationships remain until you unfollow or either account is deleted. The 30-day limit applies only to social invitation and follow events, online match records and Party records. Weekly records are retained for 16 weeks and Party reward receipts for 120 days. Local data remains until it is cleared, the app is removed or the account is deleted. Use Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account and data to remove the current account, online records and local progress, subject to short-lived security or legal records.

Age and family choices

AI-personalized Party content is strictly for people aged 18 or older. Players who are below the digital-consent age where they live should use DICESO only with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly use children’s data for advertising.
